This Indianapolis HR firm had no in-house marketing guru, and hired AimFire Marketing as a consultant and copywriter to produce content for their blog, send out a monthly eNewsletter to clients, and manage their social media marketing.
With inspiration and information from the client, AimFire Marketing developed a list of blog content topics and researched the human resources and recruiting industry, its top HR competitors, and the Indianapolis job market. AimFire Marketing’s president/CEO, Susan Young, served as the copywriter, writing weekly blog posts for the client, and scheduling weekday social media posts to increase the company’s visibility online. Susan also met with the client monthly to review content strategy and topics to ensure AimFire Marketing was meeting the company’s content marketing goals, and to stay abreast with the industry and trends.
After starting That’s Good HR’s social media marketing and blog marketing campaign, the company’s unique Web visitors jumped from 850 to more than 1800 during the five months following. Facebook fans increased, while Twitter and LinkedIn followers doubled in six months without any other advertising. The company’s response to the increased following was that they now “had more business than they could handle.”
AimFire Marketing continued to work with That’s Good HR after they brought their marketing program in-house, completing several employee bios to display on their company website.
