West Indianapolis developmental child care center Funshine Children’s Center came to AimFire Marketing with several needs. First, they needed a marketing plan and strategy to determine how to increase awareness for tour requests among working parents within a driving distance from home or work from the center. They also wanted to analyze their current tour process and adequately train their staff on how to present the child care center’s mission of offering a fun, enriching and nurturing environment for infants and preschool-aged children.
After gathering the necessary information, interviewing staff members and touring the facility, AimFire Marketing developed a comprehensive marketing communications plan for Funshine Children’s Center, complete with market and competitive analysis, demographic target audience, SWOT analysis, and proposed marketing and advertising options. AimFire Marketing also prepared a report on the current facility tour with analysis and recommendations for improvement. In addition, AimFire Marketing’s owner and president Susan Young hosted lunch and learn sessions with Funshine employees to inform and train them on how to represent and promote the company’s mission, things to mention during the tour, such as policies and procedures, and how to encourage further action from the prospect.
Finally, AimFire Marketing helped Funshine develop a tri-fold brochure that the employees could use as a leave-behind marketing piece for interested families who take a tour, or for direct mail or trade show purposes.
