AimFire Marketing partner Say it for You brought AimFire Marketing in on a special project with multifamily developer Milhaus Development of Indianapolis to promote its new, downtown apartment complexes, The Artistry and Circa. The entire team consisted of partners handling PR, branding/graphic design, blogging and social media. AimFire Marketing was chosen for the social media portion of the project. Our responsibility included daily social media posts on Twitter and Facebook to attract potential residents to visit the apartment complexes, book a tour, and eventually sign a new lease. AimFire Marketing also had to coordinate social media efforts with the in-house team for special events, as well as publicity efforts, and promote published content from the blog.
While working on the apartment social media marketing project, AimFire Marketing successfully gained followers for the Artistry, Circa and Milhaus Development social media pages (as much as 486% growth in new followers), while increasing interest and activity online, driving people to the new website. The apartment social media marketing efforts also helped increase attendance at the various special events Milhaus held at its properties for grand opening promotion. The company also received an award from the Indiana Apartment Association that year for Best Marketing Program.
