Winning Communities founder Jim Dittoe, a community coach for cities, towns and counties across the United States, needed some marketing support for his growing consulting business. AimFire Marketing took the reigns as Jim’s outsourced marketing agency, learning all about the company’s work with communities, and even working alongside Winning Communities at strategic planning sessions and town-hall meetings. As part of a monthly marketing retainer, AimFire Marketing helped the community consulting company develop a strategic marketing plan, created some new marketing materials and a new website for the company’s blog and social media campaign. In order to assist with event promotion and speaking engagements, AimFire Marketing helped Winning Communities develop tradeshow graphics and materials, honed PowerPoint presentations and proposals, and edited and formatted many of the company’s strategic vision and action plans for its client communities.
As its outsourced marketing agency, AimFire Marketing helped Jim Dittoe achieve many featured articles in industry publications as a result of ongoing PR efforts. As part of the effort to improve credibility, AimFire Marketing ghost-wrote Winning Communities’ book, 90 Days to a Winning Community: A Guide to Achieving Your Community Vision (ISBN: 1434380971), and helped Mr. Dittoe through the publishing, promotion and PR efforts.
